About “Protects Me Protects You” Campaign
An epidemiologist who has been working in public health in Indigenous communities for more than 10 years saw the devastating impact of COVID-19 among Indigenous populations. He also lost a close family member to the disease. He asked an artist, Steve Thomas, to create a strong and universal message to support vaccination. Thomas created the “Protects Me, Protects You” signature share graphic.
The goal of the “Protects Me, Protects You” campaign is to build confidence in getting vaccinated in order to reduce transmission of the coronavirus. Help us spread the word. Together we can stop the pandemic spreading across the world.
We offer these simple tools with the hope that the message will reach far and wide.
